Our story
Collision Center of Lubbock opened its doors 21 years ago as a family-owned and operated shop under owner Lowell. The plan was simple: do collision repair the right way, use certified technicians, follow factory procedures, and stand behind the work. Two decades later, that is still how we run — with an I-CAR Gold Class certification and a limited lifetime warranty on every repair.
How we work
Every repair starts with a free estimate and a thorough inspection, not a guess. Our I-CAR certified technicians follow manufacturer repair procedures, and we communicate directly with your insurance company and adjuster so the claims process moves smoothly. If something is borderline, we tell you it is borderline and give you the options in writing.

Collision Center of Lubbock is an I-CAR Gold Class certified shop with I-CAR certified technicians, an Assured Performance certified shop, an ARI approved repair shop, BBB accredited with an A+ rating, and a member of the Society of Collision Repair Specialists. We are an authorized body shop for Texas Tech University and the City of Lubbock. All repairs are backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
